What I have learned is through our greatest lessons and lowest lows ultimately comes our truest gifts in life. I believe the journey that I have led has allowed me gifts to share with others that will expand you and help guide you to your best self. I hope to inspire you to dream again, to reach to the stars and build a life of love.

My background is in Holistic Nutrition, Herbalism, Physical Fitness alongside my energy work of Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy and Journalism. What I’ve come to realize is that we are each on our own journey, with no right or wrong, but simply navigating the best we can on this Earth plane. My passion and focus is healing the body and teaching souls how to come home to themselves and remember that you have everything you need already within you to lead a beautiful life.

Twenty years ago I needed direction as I navigated several autoimmune diseases and feeling so far from my truth that I took a long road to navigate back home. I hope to speed the process up for others and enlighten them on all the tools they need to feel their best in this lifetime. The evolution of my work continues as I learn and grow. I realize that even if you are the teacher you will always be the student as well. I hope my vulnerability inspires more to know their truth and venture on this beautiful path of expansion.

Once we become aware of our capabilities, our world will heal. It just starts with ourselves and the ripple effect spreads like wildfire.
